Just not in love with this product
I originally decided to purchase this lipstick on ebay because I wanted to try to find a color that looked good on me without spending a lot of money. And I like Bare Esentuals other things so I thought buying Bare Escentuals lipstick would be a good choice. However, I'm not completely in love with the color. It's just so hard to tell what it will look like. So I'd recommend already having tried the color before purchasing. It does have a drying effect on my lips, but since this is the first lipstick I've used I can't say that that's specific to this brand of lipstick. The color does seem to last pretty long and it doesn't feel too cakey so that's a plus.

Goes on like silk
love this lipstick! one of the reasons for buying the product on e bay is price, going to my local Bare Escentuals stores is wonderful to see new products , how good they are and then buying on e bay for sometimes 50% less than retail, this lipstick goes on like silk and makes your lips soft no drying agents in this product downside it doesn't stay on long like most lipsticks must be applied even after a coffee, however I am a beauty junkie and I have never found a long lasting lipstick that doesn't dry my lips out, so do I recommend this, yes 100%

The vibrant color suits my skin color perfectly. I use Mauve.
I'm a former model whose skin color has changed since I started wearing make-up at age 18. Despite the sun, I am using a variation of a color that was chosen for me when I was 18. Of all the products I've used over the years, the Bare Escentuals Mauve color is by far the best one of all the other brands. It is lively - whether I have a tan or whether my skin is very fair. A very good quality product.

I can hardly believe I went this long without this lipstick!
I purchased this lipstick because I use Bare Escentuals face makeup and I am very pleased with it. I wanted to see if the lipstick was as good as the makeup! I am not disappointed....the lipstick glides on smoothly and stays on longer than any other I have tried without looking dry. The color is also true....does not change after applying.. I have yet to find anything I don't find anything I would change about it! I am looking for additional colors to purchase now!

Great Gloss
actually saw a review of this on sephora and decided to buy. It is a pearly pink color. Its really pretty an is going to be perfect for summer. I love it but my bm sugar cookie is my all time favorite. It is better than buxom or any other gloss I have ever tried. The colors are great and stay on, not sticky and so glossy. EVERYONE asks about my lip gloss all the time and Im 41. I have to say bare minerals. I LOVE YOU LESLIE YOU ARE THE GREATEST!
