A Brow Raising Pencil
The pencil is described as dark brown, but it is black. It was not what I wanted but I was surprised at the very good quality of the pencil. I have read great reviews about elf and I must say it is a GREAT value and it goes on easily and smoothly. The description should be changed for this pencil so customers get what they are expecting.
