    A little torn between leaving a positive and neutral review. The ceramic item arrived slightly chipped, which is alright considering it was bought for personal use and I will love it nonetheless, but it could’ve benefited from better protection (the original packaging was moving a lot in the bigger box without much cushioning) and perhaps a “fragile” sticker. Otherwise, the shipping was quick, and the item is just as described and lovely.

    Mixed review for this seller. Item ordered was fragile. It was received damaged. I contacted the seller who very promptly offered to send a replacement. It too was damaged, but company agreed to refund. I'd happily give 5 stars for customer service, but rather less for warehouse/shipping. Unfortunately, inadequate packaging, with items delivered by EVRI-body's favourite courier - so I suppose the outcome was inevitable. Take your chances depending on what you are buying.
