    Once I paid the seller, sent it quickly. It was well packaged. It said used, and it did not say for parts. It did not include a cord, and it did not say it didn't have one. When I received it, I had a cord. It won't even turn on. As you can see in the picture, it doesn't light up. Contacted seller, silence.

    I issued a full refund without requiring a return, even though the item was sold as used and clearly shown without a cord. The buyer's comment saying "contacted seller, silence" is inaccurate. I always aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.

    User refunded without me returning item. Missed the revision request or would have revised feedback. Left bad review after 24 hours after contacting seller. Showing a picture without a cord in it is not the same as saying in the description there is no cord. By putting used it states it is complete and in working order. I assume you didn't know it didn't work, because you had no cord to test it with.
