First seller didn't respond until I opened the case, then said Royal Mail lost the package when it wasn't sent (and instantly made a refund ), then said the whole batch of wipers they have sent to the warehouse was faulty… I'm giving you a chance for next time to be more responsive and not lie. Only because of that is positive as everyone deserves a second chance.
