There is a minor color flaw in the lower right of the screen, but it’s fairly easy to ignore. Otherwise, it is cosmetically perfect. The touch screen is responsive and precise. She’s very happy with it and has been practicing typing everyday with basically no motivation from my wife or myself. Great deal, great condition, and everything works.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!
