The item arrived poorly packaged (no packaging materials in the inside of ice bucket) and the inside glass completely shattered. I had to send 2 messages to seller before I received a response. I was then told just to just deal with Ebay (a first). Then seller went completely silent and would not respond at all nor issue my refund despite the clear photos that were sent. I ended up speaking to someone at Ebay and received my refund.
