    While my first experience with this company was outstanding, this was a little different. The figurine had been described as free from damage or flaws but arrived with a visible crack. The seller refunded $100 after some messaging back and forth. Packaging was of a good standard. I’d be lying if I said this experience hadn’t knocked my confidence in this company. I am hopeful that this was just one off.

    This beautiful item arrived with me today, item is, as described. The item was beautifully wrapped,then boxed, for protection during it's journey. Just to note, there was an extra tax/duty bill to pay on arrival in the UK. I certainly would buy from this seller in the future.
