    Had ordered a electric fireplace, it was detected. After just one email to White Label Studio a new one was on the way! Both fireplaces were packaged well, and were brand new as stated. I installed the fireplace in my travel trailer, it is well built, and worked well with the 1st camping trip of the season. It keep the 25' camp trailer toasty, as well as giving the appearance of relaxing realistic looking flames. I believe I great value for the money... Thank you White Label Studio.
