    Very durable

    This brand seems to work well with both older & newer VCRs. VCRs are a dying technology & I've noticed several brands of VHS tapes don't seem compatible with some of the "newer" VCRs, but Maxell Gold is one kind that I have very few problems with. The tracking is usually much better & they hold up well if you use them over & over as an "erase" tape.

    Maxwell vcr tapes

    Horrible!! The recording is static towards the middle of the recording or it skips,and the sound crackles loud in the background, Defective no wonder they don’t accept refunds ,I lost out don’t be another victim.😩
