    Decent Phone

    I bought this for a friend that needed a phone. I have the same one. My friend had a hard time setting it up even though I did most of it. My account information transferred to the phone before I could start a new google account for him. The time out of the phone at 10 seconds also presented a problem for him because he is new to all this. I talked him through getting to the settings and lengthening the time out to ten minutes. I have no idea what a small form factor is, so I am unable to answer that question. My A20 uses it's battery very quickly. Other then that, it's a good phone.
