The XL fit a bit baggy in spots but tight enough. Large may have been a better choice for a tight fit. I used the sizing chart but it's apparently not real accurate because the width of my hand fell in the XL category. I haven't used them yet but they seem rather sturdy. I'm interested to see how easy they puncture or rip.
