UPR was GREAT. No issues with UPR. The issue was with Ebay and eBay site that stated a reduced price with Free Shipping, yet when placed in my cart the shipping costs was added in. When I tried to edit my cart, ebay tried to force me to pay for the item that I had simply implied about concerning the shipping cost. I had contacted UPR and they handled it.
