You must have some understanding of the operating system and how it works. Worth it.
Just what I needed to get my computer going again. After a horrible experience with my windows 10, there was no way out but to re-install windows 10. Nothing else worked until I used the product to format the drive and re-install windows 10. The product helped to do that. It was a little fiddly but worth the wait. Thanks
