Excude the BLUNT reply. The customer does NOT KNOW what she is talking about. We have been in the beauty biz since 1986 and ONLY sell authentic products from the designer house who produced it. She may not like the fragrance for any reason and that is what happened here. It does NOT make the product inauthentic. Regardless the client was issued a refund.
