    "Insider view of politics and TV journalism"

    Interesting political drama that shows the ins and outs of how deals are made (or not) along with the television journalists and executives who cover them. The principal characters are interesting and are presented in a realistic manner, showing both their strengths and weaknesses. There are also interesting subplots. Highly worth watching.

    Dynamic Danish Drama!!

    This series is the absolute BEST!! The writing is superb & even though there are subtitles you begin to understand completely & even pick up some Danish phrases. I'm not familiar with the Denmark govt. but it was very easy to understand & follow. The story-line is so great. It is absolutely the best series I've seen & I've seen a lot. The actors were top-notch!! Knudsen's (Birgitte) performance was stellar!!! Words really can't express how great this series is. I can't wait for the next Danish series. S. King you were right!!!

    One of The Best

    I love Scandinavian crime and political dramas. I agree w/ Stephen King's comment that this is one of the best. Interesting, intelligent show w/ complex characters.

    The story is great, but the product I received was a gyp.

    I ordered "Borgen," Season 1 at ebay after seeing Season 3 lent to us by a friend. BUT the fellow in England who sold it to me through ebay neglected to warn me that it wouldn't play on an American DVD. It was a total waste of money and would cost me more to return it to England than the price of the collection. It turns out that in such a circumstance, ebay does nothing to insure your satisfaction. The moral of the story is I will not buy anything from ebay ever again. Advice for the next victim? Don't buy any electronic products from foreign countries, even England!
