My package was NEVER delivered/received at my home address so on 9-18-23 I asked the seller to help me out with this matter, I told him that I've noticed that the package wasn't shipped using the more safe/secure “USPS Priority Mail” as advertised; instead they used the lower cost service: “USPS Ground Advantage” but their reply was: Once the package leaves our warehouse It's NOT our problem, deal with it yourself! so technically my message asking for help went ignored by this seller. Case open.
