When they finally did after a complaint was filed, the filter that arrived had a cut in the bottom. When it was pointed out with pictures, seller refused to respond whereupon Ebay stepped in and processed the refund. Kudos to Ebay! Shame on this seller. I suggest avoiding this seller and looking elsewhere. Their low score is no accident.

When I received my package it was torn in 3 places with the cream that I ordered showing. It was all greasy in the bag and my product had black stuff on it, too. It also had a small cut close to where it opens. They were a greasy mess. This seller hasn't even answered my messages to him. I won't be ordering anything else from him.
