    I ordered 2 of the same type sinks. Unfortunately one of the sinks arrived was a model I didn’t order BUT in a box that was labeled as the model I ordered. I asked that they swap it out. Unfortunately they didn’t have another unit. As such they offered to take both back. Which I accepted. I then found a pair of other nice Kohler sinks from them and bought those. My point, things happen, but when you deal with EXCELLENT eBay vendors like this, they fix the problem. Totally recommend them!

    Lamp only/missing important parts

    The lamp was in excellent condition and works as it should. My only complaint is that none of the parts or the instruction booklet were in the box. This worked fine for me because I was replacing the same lamp so I used parts from the old lamp to complete the installation but if someone bought this as a new install they would have been out of luck with no parts to properly install the lamp.
