great sound, easy to use and set up!
This Panasonic phone system works great for your home office. I've used this model for years and it works well. (my last set got fried in a power serge). My only comment is that this produce was listed as new in the box but in fact it was used. I scrolled through the caller ID and a host of calls were received back in April. the price was great! the product works great and all components were included and clean

Poor Sound Quality
I am an individual with hard of hearing disability and I have had Uniden phones in the past for 12 years with no complaints about controlling the sound volume until the phone sound has slowly deteriorated. That is when I realized I needed a new phone. However, this particular model has not done the job well enough because even if I maxed out the sound volume, I can only hear people on the other end almost whispering in my hear. Thought of exchanging it for a different one or replacing it again, but I just wondered if it is going to piss me off more if I get another non-productive phone. And because I didn't want to spend anymore money just trying to find a phone that would give me the quality sound and volume control, I just rather decided to use this for the meanwhile. That is my story about this device.

White on black display is #1 reason for choice
My mother needed a new phone because of her declining eyesight. This was an easy choice due to the display having a black on white display instead of most others having black on blue or green. contrast is essential to easier reading of a display as well as being backlit. This Panasonic set is awesome. They connect with the cell phone. The set is very modern and I am very happy with the purchase. I also like the fact the phones use rechargeable aaa batteries. Clean and wonderful phone
The folks that refurbished this phone did a wonderful job! All of the pieces of the phone arrived looking new and in a factory finished condition. This phone replaces an older phone in my mother's home and looked great when installed. The function is perfect. We tried all functions and they work flawlessly. NO RING ON BLOCK CALLS. Very easy to set up.

I have a call blocker device, but with the old phone it still rang once when the incoming block call came in. With this Phone you can actually program it to ring after the second ring, that way incoming block call don't bother you.-
