  • Love this book! It's so much more than a recipe book! But the recipes are amazing too!

You can tell the writing of this book was a labor of love from a person who truly loves what they do and that alone is worth the price. Not only do you get some incredible recipes but the stories sprinkled throughout make it much more enjoyable a read than most typical recipe books. Matter of fact, to call it a recipe book is a disservice, it's so much more than that. I'm not much of a cook or much less a baker but I enjoyed this book very much and will definitely keep it in my collection, just in case I ever want to attempt to recreate one of Mrs.Palca's incredible creations. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and think every baker should keep a copy as a reference guide to some amazing recipes.
