Well, well worth it!
I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but this is worth it! First of all, don't let the compact size fool you. This impact gun can hold it's own against many brand names that are twice the size and five time the cost. I was extremely skeptical before I received it. But that skepticism quickly subsided the very first use. It's very small and light weight but has more than enough grunt for shop level mechanics and DIYers alike. And it's high rmps compensate for any difference in torque. and I absolutely love the ergonomics of it. The forward and reverse switch, as well as the power level switch, are all trigger mounted. Wich make changing direction well, as simple as a flip of a switch! And it's compact size let's you get into tight spaces and gives you the ability of opperation with a single hand. My only regret is that I didn't invest in this sooner!

Great for busting bolts loose
Had my Caliper bolts locked in tight with a large amount of locktight red and literally snapped every 15mm socket I owned trying to get it loose. I bought this impact gun a set of impact sockets and planned on using this little compressor I already had. I learned the hard way that you need a pretty decent compressor to run air impact correctly. Once I bought a husky 30 gal 9 cfm compressor it ripped the bolts out with ease and really shines and shows its power. Good power to weight ratio.
Light weight, powerful and good bang for your buck. Currently using it to loosen 36mm rear axle nuts on H-D motorcycles and anything else that "asks" for it, works just fine. Probably even better/faster if the air hose supply were 3/8" instead of the strangling 1/4" kind we have at the shop. Air Pressure set at 90 psi [+-5 psi]. I cross-shopped this gun with the Harbor Freight one for value and features and went with this over the HF one because the Husky had a longer anvil shaft and would damage less the sockets over the long run. Great little gun!
I love the size of it and has lots of power for its size. Haven't tested it to max of 500 ft-lbs but rips off stuff torqued to 400 ft-lbs without issues. Fairly quiet and light weight.
