I am in the process of adding an extra hard disk drive to it; a Western Digital Black gaming hard drive that will give the computer extra hard drive space and extra life. I was surprised that it had UEFI but didn't have the Graphics User Interface of the UEFI settings adjustment but it is a computer that was built in January of 2015 when the UEFI was just starting to be put out on the market; still working out the bugs.

I have added NOTHING to the system, it is right out of the box. No serial number, service tag or express service code, so Dell support is not helpful. I need to either return it or get further information from seller. I have worked with Dell computers for many years, update, repairs and know the procedure. There is no way to trouble shoot except removing memory sticks by twos and disconnecting the drive t
