    Bargen button style ice scratchers

    Since I got them in April, I haven't had a chance to run them so I don't know the overall quality, mainly the carbide tips. I like this tip style better than the style the dealer currently carries and they're a lot cheaper. I forget the brand of this style I bought from the dealer before but the they have large carbide tips which are holding up well. These tips are much smaller, the size of the rod. Since you get a second set for such a cheap price I'm expecting them to last as long.

    Do not buy

    Do not buy, don’t be cheap like me, spend the money for a decent set of scratchers. In this case you get what you pay for. Seem like decent quality but don’t let that fool you. One carbide ripped off before I even had the sled off the trailer. The other scratcher ripped off completely by the end of my 40 mile ride in 2 feet of powder. Were installed by a professional and loctite was used

    easy install, drill hole or use an existing one.

    Installation takes 5 minutes once you choose where to mount them. I put a pair on a 2004 Polaris xcsp 600 and a pair on a 2012 Yamaha Fx Nytro. No snow up here yet, so no clue how well they will work. But, my friends think they will be great, because they appear to be just like their scratchers.
