He paid me back , but was too cheap to pay for the $2 mailer envelope. And said I should have reused the plastic mailer he sent the hat in that obviously went directly into the trash. So the entire transaction cost me $3 out of pocket, and a trip to the post office. For no hat. I refunded immediately. ebay twice confirmed that label had been sent. Buyer claimed he never received it. I had paid $6 to ship through ebay. I kew it would cost more to return without ebay's discounted rates so I sent him.$7 via Paypal. Next day I got a message saying YOU OWE ME $3.00! He had purchased a $2.87 mailer from USPS.
