I notified the sellers after waiting a few days after it supposedly arrived (in case it was delivered and it was put in a different spot than the usually drop off spot). No luck. After contacting the seller, they responded and re-shipped the replacement the same day, this time to my PO Box. It showed up the same week. Very impressed with their customer service, and all information is on there as advertised.
