The "Wi-Fi" was a USB dongle and the "DVD/RW" was actually a "DVD ROM" but it can do everything that I needed it to so it's just perfect for me. The seller is also a licensed OEM installer for Microsoft so that probably means you can get some support from them if needed. For me everything just worked effortlessly.

The return was accepted and I was refunded the cost of item sent. I have no more to say but ebay won't accept this feedback unless I type more - therefore I am typing more so that ebay will stop sending me messages to send feedback. This "Tell us more about this item" and the length of what ebay want is silly.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
