I was concerned at first because another site selling this design of frame had complaints about missing parts. The seller had the package well packed with the smaller nuts, bolts and tools well numbered in a sealed cardboard piece. Instructions were easy to figure out and assembly easy! It is a sturdy great looking bed. I have a new Sealy mattress on it so with all its padding it comes up to the bottom of the design on the headboard. Looks like Picture.

It is very firm but some spots were more firm than other and my hips were higher than my head. I informed the seller and was offered $35 refund, which I refused, so the seller offers a full refund with the agreement that i dispose of the mattress, which I did. The seller done good by me, thank you.
