    The monitor was shipped almost immediately and arrived very quickly packaged in three layers of protective bubble bags and then wrapped in bubble wrap to further protect the monitor. The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at

    What a relief! It works!

    Suddenly it looked like my battery had failed, but I later realized the problem was the power cord. I'm so glad that I thought to order the Dell cord. It's like getting a new computer for $20!
