Item looked brand new and RedTiger has been a great dashcam for ever vehicle I owned. 3rd dashcam through this company and looking to buy more for my oldest daughter and friends. BTW this model is RedTiger F7NP. This model has survived 2 very cold Winters and 2 extremely hot Summers and still worked great! I also installed a Samsung 128GB micro SD card which held up great! Thanks
