Easy to activate. You will need the IMEI and to do it on the TracFone website. Just follow simple instructions. Power off device and back on after activation and go to updates in settings and update the phone 2 times to activate WiFi calling. The minutes and texts automatically are on the device once activated. Phone is what I wanted for a burner. Second phone I will activate later. Good price and good phones. Thanks!

Great deal with 1 yr service. The sound level is very hard to hear for both ring and speakerphone. I don't recommend the phone if used in a noisy environment. Other than that the phone hasn't failed yet on any missed calls. These phones were mainly purchased for emergency use where you don't want to drag around your large smartphone everywhere. Purchased a small case with a belt clip and now it will help you both in the mall or walks in the park.

Fast delivery. But you will have to call customer service and activate the phone through them. When trying to do it through the website, it just says "insert the sim card" - it doesn't say which. The packaging just says "sim A, sim B". No way to tell which is CDMA and which is GSM. Good news is: customer service was able to activate my new phone and transfer my number. All turned out OK.

I contacted this seller 6 times in a 2 week period. The item advertised is not what I received (see photo) - it did not include a 1 year plan, data or minutes. After the first 3 messages, I was told that even though the packaging was different, that I would still have the plan as described. Then I could not activate the card I was told I needed a 4 digit code - but no such code was provided. I called the 800 number 3 times and spent over an hour on the phone trying to redeem this purchase.
