The Miriam Haskell brooches the one I was really had my eye on. It arrived to me broken! It was packaged poorly with very little paper or bubble wrap to protect it. Upon further inspection, the large Christmas tree gold brooch was missing. He offered me a full refund if I return all eight brooches! How can I do that when one is missing? Go figure.
