I have taken these pills for about two years, and I would hate to run out. I had been plagued by swollen ankles and feet for most of my life, and somewhere I read that Krill oil might help. It definitely does!!! It's so nice not to have to put my feet up on a pillow or not to be able to wear socks that might cut off circulation. I really recommend this brand of pills as they don't have a bad taste.
