These work really well. I started with a trial pack for 5 days to see if they would help. They worked immediately. I then ordered a 96 pack and have taken as advised. I have reduced my food intake significantly and lost half my target weight at least in just under 4 weeks. I only needed to loose around 28 to 30lb. I will continue use to control my appetite.
