    BUYERS BEWARE: The seller's negative ratings are not wrong. I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt and got bit just like the others for the same incident different product. The seller used stock photos and listed a higher end product that is generations and $150+ market difference ahead of what was actually received. I received a DS118 but the product I ordered was for a DS220+. I even offered the seller to compromise with a partial refund but got zero replies within a generous timeframe.
