The fan arrived (again) with visible damage, but this one never even worked properly either. The motor has a high-pitched hissing noise and revs up and down every other second. Definitely not normal. Also, the TP7C model seems to be a B-Quality Costco reject (it says on the package), and additionally, the extra filter that is pictured is not included. I asked for a return label 4 days ago, which I still haven't received. AGAIN ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The shipping was with UPS and came within two days. The package came from Dyson refurbished , so it was Dyson certified and even contained paperwork showing that. The difference from ebay“ the Dyson store” seems to be that it is returnable and has a two year warranty with All State instead of not returnable and a 6 month warranty if directly from Dyson. All components are included as described including charger.

I purchased a factory certified refurbished item…essentially at 1/2 retail. It came in a plain ordinary economy brown box. The item was still $300….at that price point which is still pricey…. just wish it was the retail box with factory certified refurbished stickers on it. Just seems like a more just solution for a $300 item. The item is a gift for someone….now I have some explaining to do.
