I initially had problem with the swimsuit I ordered from this seller because the swimsuit I received was not the size posted. After contacting the seller concerning the size problem the seller determined the swimsuit was mis-sized by the manufacturer. Although the seller doesn t customarily accept returns, because of the mislabeling the seller agreed to return the swimsuit and processed a refund. We buy items from a high end US retailer. Both the tag attached to the garment and the price tag indicate size 24W. We can’t know if an item is sized incorrectly prior to making available for sale. Buyers can request a return on items that are defective.
