I got mine yesterday it’s was practically perfect besides a scuff on a brush head. I couldn’t be happier. A 800 dollar vacuum for only 275 with shipping is a steal. Quality and appearance is amazing. Dyson as a company is really doing it better than other companies out there.

I had one, so I struggled but figured out how to use it. Had problems figuring out how to empty the bin, and later I found that debris gets trapped high up in the bin (I use a long handled screw driver to pry it out, so don't have to touch it). Some disc like pieces have broken off; but appear cosmetic. The power is adequate, so not worth returning

We were trying to replace a few broken parts and it cost less to buy a new refurbished one from Dyson, so we did that and we love it more than our other one! Roller heads are a little more strong and have more features and this one also has more attachments.

It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price. Highly recommended

Still no response about the warranty issue. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
