I was dissapointed to get this M4 Max macbook pro with scratches around the frame and 2 dents to the bottom of the aluminium frame. Screen and keyboard are in excellent condition and everything does work. The apple charger brick was in bad condition, very scuffed. But for being "excellent" it should be known that its more like very good used condition and the charger in "acceptable" condition. They shipped with FedEx, but I suggested UPS in future.
