The only thing that would have made it better was instructions to put everything together but it’s not difficult to look up. It’s a heavy machine, which I personally like for carpet, and I got it for my mom and who has two short haired dogs that shed like crazy. This vacuum has picked up hair that’s been embedded in the carpet for YEARS. You can tell the difference in spots she’s gone over and spots she hasn’t. She loves it and I love it for her. Would 100% recommend

It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price. Highly recommended

Still no response about the warranty issue. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
