I am going to order another one from them, but they need to understand that the parts, inside the box need to be wrapped in cushioning apart from each other; and then that box needs to be cushioned inside of the shipping box. It was not the seller's fault that the item was broken. I am sure that the item was tossed around a lot during shipment.
