    Simplistic and fun to use

    Light weight, battery lasts a decent amount and easy to empty and clear. It's fun using this Dyson to clean as it's so light weight and maneuverable. Product was refurbished by Dyson and it did show some light usage on some of the items but it was still like new.

    No thanks ma’am

    The product worked for the first 10 minutes, once battery ran out, it would no longer charge. Battery was busted. I called Dyson, they are sending replacement battery. Has not arrived yet- who knows if it will work. I’m so sad, my floors are disgusting. I’m picking up dog hairs from my carpet, one by one by hand in the meantime.
