    Lack of integrity. Seller Promised to refund $7 of shipping cost AFTER I purchased the item (why not just adjust the cost before?? The listed shipping cost was appx double or more what typically comes from that region for that box size). Item arrived and I sent seller several "please honor the shipping refund" reminder messages over the last 2 months but they are ignored. The Seller had NO INTENTIONS of ever refunding this situation.
