    I have owned this type of CB before and was replacing it after many years of great service.

    I have owned this type of CB before and was replacing it after many years of great service. I use it for my personal car and turn it on mainly during traffic jams. I listen to the truckers because they know what lanes are open. It also give me a since of security for those dead cell zones in case of breakdowns.

    Missing a part

    I purchased two radios, both appeared to be in great condition. Understand I have not yet been able to install them. I'm just going on how they look. My one complaint is that one of the radios did not have an install bracket, like the first one did. Now I have to order a universal adjustable bracket so I can mount the radio in my jeep. Very aggravating.

    It’s good.

    It seams to work. I just installed it and haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I needed a small CB for my Jeep TJ I didn’t want to spend a lot of money as I will only be using it on the trails to talk to other jeeps. It fit nicely on the side of my console it came with all the needed hardware. The only drawback I can see is it always goes back to channel 1 after it’s turned off. But really not that big of deal.
