    I LOVE THIS BOOK! IT'S WONDERFUL! Beautiful photos of over 250 recipes for jams, jellies, chutneys, chillies flavored oils and vinegars, mustards, marmalades, sauces, pickling, relishes, conserves, syrups and so much more. There are also several mouthwatering dinner recipes. Like Pork with Sloe Gin Sauce, Chicken Tagine with Presrved Lemons and Olives, or Fettucine with Smoked Trout with Basil and Grilled Red Peppers. The recipes are so easy. The book also informs you of all the essential ingredients, types of preserves, equipment needed, filling and covering, and processing times. All are necessary steps to master for successful preserves. If you ever have the opportunity to purchase a copy, don't hesitate, do it. You'll kick yourself if you don't. ENJOY!
