Not one to normally leave reviews but, for the price I paid for this little bottle of highlighter I’m going to. I’m not someone who opens things as soon as I get it (I ordered two so I opened one & used it until I needed the other one) the first one was fine, no problems. The second one look like it’s been used, it’s only half full & it’s kind of watery compared to the other one. So that upset me because I had no problems with the first one & it says both are new.?
