      The earbuds are pretty good, and I like the sound quality of it. I used to have a XM3 before, and XM5 looks better and the charging box is smaller as well. It's also a very good deal to buy it at such a low price. As for the condition, it does look like slightly used but all good.

      Pretty decent condition. Obviously used, overall not too bad though. They work, promised. They are worth the price; getting these with only a couple scratches but functionally perfect for only 1/3rd of the price is really good. They are in pretty good condition, not like new. They sound good, seal well with multiple eartips. The eartips are soft and squishy, almost like earplugs. Those looked to be in like new appearance.

      The star rating is on the product not on the seller. These earbuds are a disappointment compared to the previous model in terms of noise cancelling. The product itself arrived so fast I had to duck! Roughly 36 hours from order to delivery. You can't beat that with a stick! Arrived well packed and in great condition.apart from not having a "retail box and a destruction book" they appeared as new with (in all) 4 sets of tips of various sizes. Discounting the insurance they are excellent value

      When you turn off all the "cool sound ad...

      When you turn off all the "cool sound adaptive 3D" features, these have better sound than any other earphone I have used, wired IEMs included. Stunning, forceful but comfortable bass that covers a wide range, and highs that tickle and shimmer with clarity. This pair slayed my 2 go-to test tracks for bass clarity and range (Björk's Hunter and LFO's LFO). Don't know what else to say, they are perfect.

      Absolute top quality, as advertized

      I did some web research about the best commercial grade headphones on the market, these - as well as their over-the-ear WH counterpart - are predominantly listed as the best overall commercial grade bluetooth headphones. Once I received these I compared them first-hand to the top sets of airpods pro, Boze, and a few other manufacturers and these are unquestionably top of the line, I couldn't be happier with either the sound quality or the supplemental operational features.
