    The bike rack is new as described. The box was open when we received it but that's because US customs opened it and didn't reseal it. Luckily all parts were still in the box including the keys. The rack is not available in the US so we were glad we could get it from the UK. Seller shipped it immediately and we received it more quickly than we thought we would.
