    As a collector I always ask for a careful packaging - this seller though sent the box with zero protection resulting in a damaged box. Upon messaging him, he literally responded with "there's always one who complains". If there's always "one", then he isn't just "one", and if it's "always" then the problem is you. Avoid this seller unless you don't care what condition your purchase arrives in.
