“FOURTH from the TOP POP Finest Known Cleveland District - As of August 29, 2022 and according to PMG (( Paper Money Guaranty )) a total of just 37 notes have been graded with Friedberg number (( FR-2017-D )) and, this listed Gem is fourth in line from the TOP POP Finest known reported in the PMG Condition Census. Due to the lack of access to PCGS’s original website post-merger with Legacy Grading, it is difficult to verify the level of rarity in the grading scale of this note as compared to that of its kind in similar PCGS notes. However, we strongly believe that PMG and PCGS’s methods of grading were equal at time of grading and thus chose to abide by PMG’s scale to give an approximation of the scarcity of the note. This Gem New York Note is genuinely for the seasoned collector and investor who wants and can afford the finest available.”
